Crafted with a bespoke sherry influence, this 14 year old sherry cask finish embodies the perfect harmony of rich tradition and innovative flair.
Oloroso and Pedro Ximénez sherries were meticulously blended to achieve an ideal balance, deep, nutty complexity from oloroso complemented by the luscious sweetness of Pedro Ximénez . This bespoke sherry blend was then used to season select casks, imparting layers of character.
On the palate, expect luxurious flavours of, warming spice notes characteristic of Aberlour’s signature style, elevated by a jammy sweetness from the Pedro Ximénez . The result is a whisky that is indulgent yet refined, with a lingering finish that speaks of craftsmanship and heritage.
