One of the pleasures of drinking a rich and complex
malt such as Aberlour is being able to explore the whisky's hidden
depths and unlock its subtle characteristics.
Identifying the complex flavours and aromas of
a malt whisky is a highly subjective experience. No one can say
precisely what you will smell or taste. As individuals our senses
differ, as do the associated memories on which we draw when describing
what we have tasted. So it is all down to you and your senses
- four out of the five of which are used in sampling whisky.
Whether it is a contemplative drink alone or a tasting
session with friends, getting to know a good malt whisky is an
experience to be savoured.
