

Singapore Chilli Crab

[Popular Singapore dish. Remove main shell of crab and cut into two or more pieces, depending on size. Hot fry the crab in a wok, using peanut oil. When cooked through, remove the crab and fry ginger, garlic and chillies until soft. Then add chilli sauce, tomato ketchup, soy sauce, sugar and salt to season. Bring to boil, then add crab pieces and simmer. Serve with rice.]
