"The head of a sheep, wool burnt off. Smoked, cooked and served hot, accompanied by (loads of) Norwegian 'Akevitt' (aqua vita – a sad substitute for the real 'water of life'). There is a lot of great meat on the head, but the eyes can prove to be a challenge for beginners!"
