"Simple yet stinky. How can something that tastes so good make you smell so bad? Stir in gently fried garlic and finely chopped red chilli. Cover with loads of strong parmegiano and add some peppery olive oil, and you're away. Make sure you cook twice the amount of pasta you would normally use because this gets eaten long after the belly says stop."
